We spent a week at this hotel and it had its ups and downs. The views from the higher floors are breathtaking, especially the 26th floor. However, the room itself was quite cramped and not as clean as expected. Dining options were decent, though the breakfast was a letdown with limited variety. Service was hit or miss, with some staff being polite while others seemed overwhelmed during busy hours.
